First...always...my SL wedding picture. Who knew that less than two months later we would get married in real life? Well, he did...but that is another story for another time. Marrying my Sky was everything...and has been everything I hoped it would be.
It blings..doesn't fit and it goes against my deep deep love for the NY Yankees...
The year was 2006 and this necklace belonged to Tommy Taney. He used to wear it alll the time and it was just as terrible back then as it is now. I am a die hard Yankees fan and we would go back and forth on a regular basis...Tommy lived for the Mets and refused to take the damn thing off. Tommy was my bestest friend in SL and we became very close friends in RL. I simply adored him. Tommy died in 2007 leaving me with a serious broken heart at losing a dear friend. I was contacted by his mother to go into his SL account and help them tie up a few things. I requested Tommy's Mets necklace and thankfully they said yes...so it sits in my inventory exactly the same way he left it, where it will be for as long as SL is around and Tommy remains in my heart for as long as I am around.
Now let me lighten this up. I adore clothes...skins...hair...gadgets...homes...blah tons of things. My big one is skins though. There are several skin designers that I simply adore but my faves are...Exodi, Tuli, Curio, Bebae..and of course...
